How quickly are you able to complete my translation?


Our turnaround time for a standard translation is 2,000 words per day, or 1,500 words per day for a technical translation. We have a minimum delivery time of 48 hours.

Do you offer an Express Service?


Yes, we do. Our turnaround time for the express service is 3,000 words per day for a standard translation and 2,500 words per day for a technical one. The express service has a minimum delivery time of 24 hours.

What formats are you able to deliver the translation in?


We can deliver the translation in most software formats. We can also print out and send the translation to you by normal mail should you wish. However, you should clearly specify in the Instructions section of the form if you would like your translation delivered in any other format than Word.

Your form allows me to send only one file. What if I need to send more?


You can submit the form as many times as you need to, or if you have lots of files then please write in the instruction box and we will get back to you with the necessary arrangements.
