Heart of Europe Translation Services – 5-Step Quality Process



Our use of strict quality controls makes sure that each Czech to English translation is of the highest quality. The 5-step quality process was developed to help achieve this:

1). Analysis of the Source Text

We look at the source text to make sure it is complete without any mistakes. Then we choose the most suitable translator for the project. 



2). Mother tongue translators only

The translation is then worked on by a native English speaker to ensure the best translation possible. 



3). Check that the original message still holds true

The translation is then checked again to ensure the native English speaking translator has understood all the nuances of the source text. 



4). Proofreading by second mother tongue speaker

The translation is spell-checked and then proofread by a second native English-speaking translator.



5). Correctly formatted

The final draft of the text is checked one last time to make sure it’s in the correct format before being delivered.
