Stringent Quality Controls

Every Czech translation to English that we do is subject to a stringent quality control process. This begins with an analysis of the Source Text, to make sure it is complete and without any mistakes. A mother tongue translator, i.e. a native English speaker, then takes the lead on the translation to ensure the best translation possible. However, a Czech speaker will also work on the project to ensure that the native English speaking translator has completely understood all the nuances of the original text.

Once the translation has been spell-checked and proofread, the final draft of the text is checked one last time to make sure it is in the correct format, before finally being delivered to the client.

All of our translations are done in-house, because it is our belief that agencies that outsource their projects are only really as good as their external translators are and because of that it is far harder for those agencies to ensure the necessary quality. Also, by keeping everything in-house, we can ensure other important factors, such as adhering to tight deadlines.

Confidentiality is something that we take very seriously, whether it be a product launch, a contract or even a personal letter. Of course, we shall sign a Non Disclosure Agreement if you require us to do so.

Payment and Delivery


Our turnaround time for a standard translation is 2,000 words per day, with a minimum delivery time of 48 hours. We are able to deliver translations in most software formats. If you require a print out of your translation or an official stamp for legal documents, then this will carry a surcharge and you should clearly specify what you require in the Instructions section of the form.

Payment in most cases for individuals is by credit card or bank card (via PayPal), or by bank transfer for companies that issue a Purchase Order. Please note that for large translations, first-time clients may be required to pay 30% of the total price of the project upfront.
